My favorite way to brew this during the summer months is in a big jar of sun tea with lemon!

I add a tablespoon per cup of water in a jar with a lid, add some lemon slices and leave out in the hot sun for a few hours before straining and pouring over ice for a refreshing beverage!

Linden has a mildly sweet flavor so I don’t feel the need for any sweetener but if you prefer you can add some to the strained infusion before pouring over the ice.

For a hot cup just add 1T per cup of boiling water, cover and steep for 15 minutes to best extract all of the magic from these herbs!
